You only pay when you're ready to hand off polished, watermark-free exports for a specific event. There's no subscription and no recurring charge: the Event Pass unlocks a single event, so you pay once for the event you're actually working on and nothing in the months between. If your plan changes after you buy, your exports stay unlocked for that event.

Why $9.99?
We keep pricing simple and fair for one-time events. Instead of a subscription, you pay once and get full access to plan your seating without ongoing fees.
What happens after my event?
Your Event Pass remains active until 30 days after your event date. After that, your data is kept for an additional 30 days before being permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your seating chart as a PDF before your pass expires.
Can I change my event date?
Yes. Each Event Pass includes one free date change. If you need additional changes, contact us at hello@seatcanvas.app and we’ll be happy to help.
What if I need a refund?
If SeatCanvas doesn’t work as described, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase. Since you can try the planner with up to 40 guests before buying, refunds are intended for genuine product issues.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is handled using industry-standard security practices and regular backups. You can export your seating chart and guest list at any time.
